Which shipping carriers do you use, and can I choose a carrier?Updated 6 days ago

We partner with reliable carriers to get your order delivered safely, typically using UPSFedEx, or sometimes USPS for certain shipments. The carrier is chosen based on factors like the package size/weight and destination, so we can ship it as efficiently as possible.

 

Currently, customers cannot choose a specific carrier at checkout – we’ll automatically select the best option. Here’s what to expect:

  • Tracking provided: No matter which carrier we use, you’ll get a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • Transit times: We aim for that 3–9 business day window. Carrier choice won’t usually affect this significantly, but we pick the fastest or most cost-effective method for your location.

  • Special requests: If you have delivery preferences (e.g., “leave at front door” or “hold at location”), you can often submit those on the carrier’s tracking page once you have the tracking number.

Rest assured, we only use reputable carriers. Our goal is for your package to get to you quickly and in great shape. If you have an issue with the carrier or delivery, let us know and we’ll help resolve it.
