Which items cannot be returned?Updated 6 days ago
We strive to be transparent about what can and can’t be returned. Generally, any item eligible for our Return Protection program can be returned within 7 days of delivery if you purchased that protection. However, some items are final sale or not returnable due to their nature, even with Return Protection.
Non-returnable items may include:
Personal use items: Things like breastfeeding accessories, certain baby care items, or anything that touches the skin or mouth might be final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.
Clearance or final sale marked products: If an item was marked “final sale” on the product page, it isn’t eligible for return (unless it arrives damaged or defective).
Digital gift cards: These can’t be “returned” for cash. (But they never expire, so you can use them anytime or regift them!)
Items without Return Protection (change of mind): If you didn’t opt for Return Protection, we treat the sale as final unless there’s a product issue.
We always note on the product page if something is non-returnable, so you won’t be caught off guard. And remember, if an item arrives in poor condition or not as advertised, let us know – we’ll make it right regardless of return eligibility.
