Return Protection is an optional add on that gives you extra flexibility if something changes after your order is delivered. It is designed to make returns easier and worry free, even when the reason is simply a change of mind.

Return Protection is added at checkout and applies only to the items in that order.

If you purchased Return Protection, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for any reason, including:

• Changed your mind • No longer needed • Ordered the wrong item • Fit or preference issues

Return shipping is covered, and we provide a prepaid return label to make the process simple.

With Return Protection, as long as the return is requested within 7 days of delivery and the item is eligible, you are covered.

If Return Protection was not added at checkout, returns are only accepted if the item:

• Arrived damaged • Was incorrect • Was not as described

In these cases, our team will review the issue and help arrange a return, refund, or replacement when applicable.

Change of mind returns are not accepted without Return Protection.

If your order includes Return Protection, you can start a return by visiting our Returns Portal here: https://fromrebel.com/apps/redo/account/login. You will be guided through the steps and provided with a prepaid return label.

If you believe your item arrived damaged or not as described, and you did not purchase Return Protection, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once your return is in transit or received, depending on the return type, we will process your refund or store credit. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Store credit is issued to the purchaser’s email address.
