What if my product stops working after some time? Is it under warranty?Updated 13 hours ago
Warranty coverage for items purchased from REBEL depends entirely on the manufacturer. While many of our products are new and unused, they are often open-box or overstock — which means brands may or may not honor warranty claims.
Here’s what you should know:
Manufacturer discretion:
REBEL is not able to guarantee warranty coverage. Some manufacturers may honor their standard warranty on open-box items purchased through us, while others may not. It’s entirely up to the brand.
How to check:
If warranty coverage is important to you, we recommend reviewing the product manual or the brand’s website for details. Look for their policy on open-box or reseller purchases. If you're unsure where to start, feel free to ask us — we may be able to point you in the right direction.
Proof of purchase:
If the brand does allow warranty coverage, they’ll typically require proof of purchase. Your REBEL receipt will usually work in those cases.
Out of warranty or not covered?
If your item isn't covered by a warranty or if it's outside the warranty period, you can still reach out to us. While we can’t guarantee a resolution, we’ll always do our best to help — whether that’s troubleshooting or offering a loyalty-based discount when appropriate.
Bottom line:
REBEL items go through a quality check before being listed, but warranty coverage is not something we can promise. It’s always up to the manufacturer.
