No worries – if you’re out and about when the delivery comes, carriers will usually leave the package at your door or in your mailbox (if it fits). They typically do not require a signature for REBEL packages, so you don’t have to be home to receive it.

A few tips:

• Secure location: If you have a safe place you'd prefer the package to be left (like with a building concierge or a specific door), you can often provide delivery instructions on the carrier’s tracking page.

• Missed delivery attempt: In the rare case a delivery does require a signature (for an especially large or high-value item), the carrier will leave a notice and usually try again the next business day. Follow the instructions on the notice to reschedule or pick up the package.

• Friends & neighbors: If you’re worried about a package sitting outside, consider asking a neighbor to hold onto it for you if you know you won’t be home.
