What happens if my package is returned to sender or undeliverable?Updated 6 days ago
If a package is marked “return to sender” or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, it usually means it couldn’t be delivered to the address provided. This can happen due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or the package being unclaimed.
Here’s what will happen and what to do next:
Return to our warehouse: The package will come back to us. We keep an eye out for returned orders and will notify you via email once we receive it.
We’ll reach out: Typically, we’ll contact you to confirm the shipping address and figure out the next steps.
Reship or refund:
If you still want the items, we can reship the order to an updated address (we might ask to verify the new address to prevent another mishap). Additional shipping fees could apply, but we’ll discuss that with you.
If you prefer, or if we can’t get in touch, we’ll issue a full refund for the order (minus any shipping fees originally paid, if applicable).
What you should do: If you suspect your package is getting sent back (for example, if you noticed an address error or got a notice from the carrier), feel free to email us with the correct info. That way, we can jump on re-routing it or be prepared to reship once it arrives back.
We know it’s a bummer to have a shipment bounced back. We’ll work with you to either get your items re-delivered or your money refunded. Your patience is appreciated!
