What condition are the products in (Open Box, Overstock, etc.)?Updated 5 days ago

We pride ourselves on only selling items that are in great shape – no surprises. You’ll see our products described as Open Box, Overstock, or sometimes Imperfect, and here’s what those mean: 

Open Box items have been taken out of their packaging before (imagine a customer opened the box and then returned the item unused) – they’re essentially new products that might not be in factory-sealed packaging. 

Overstock items are completely new and unused as well; in fact, they’ve never even been opened – they’re typically excess stock from retailers or brands, so you’re getting a brand new item that was just over-supplied. 

Imperfect items are unused products that have a minor cosmetic flaw or two, like a little scratch or dent, but nothing that affects performance. 

We make sure to note if an item is Imperfect so you’re aware of any small blemishes. No matter the category, all items are fully functional, never used, and have passed our quality checks. So whether it’s open-box or overstock, you can trust it’ll work like a charm when it arrives.
