We know it is important to understand exactly what you are purchasing, especially when shopping Open Box, Overstock, or Imperfect items. Below is a quick guide to how our product conditions work and what to expect.
Open Box
Open Box items were opened but never used. The box may show wear or the item may arrive repackaged, but the product itself has not been used by another customer.
Returns happen, but waste does not have to. We work with trusted brands and retailers to ensure returned products skip the landfill and come straight to you. Every Open Box item is quality checked and REBEL approved. That is our Pinky Promise.
Overstock
Overstock items are brand new, never opened, and never used. These products come directly from brand or retailer surplus and are quality checked before being listed.
Imperfect
Imperfect items are fully functional but may show light signs of handling, such as scuffs, marks, or fading. Packaging may be non original, and some non essential accessories or parts may be missing. Contents can vary by unit.
Examples of non essential accessories that may be missing include:
Car seats may be missing cup holders, extra padding, or harness covers.Playards may be missing carry bags or changing pad inserts.Strollers may be missing cup holders, canopies, car seat adapters, bumper bars, or basket inserts.
Imperfect Item Contents
Because Imperfect items vary by unit, we are not able to provide a detailed list of cosmetic flaws or missing accessories for individual items before purchase.
What we can confirm is that any missing pieces are non essential, the item remains fully functional, and every Imperfect product is inspected and quality checked before being listed.
If having all original accessories is important to you, we recommend choosing an Open Box or Overstock item instead.
