The tracking says my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it.Updated a month ago
Uh-oh, tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have the package in hand – we know that’s concerning. Sometimes carriers mark an item delivered a bit early, or the package could be tucked somewhere unexpected.
Next steps:
Check around your property: Look for the package at all your doors, behind planters, or with a neighbor. Occasionally, carriers leave packages in a safe spot out of plain sight.
Give it a little time: In some cases, a package might be marked delivered a few hours before it actually arrives. It often shows up within the next day.
Ask your neighbors: Packages sometimes get mistakenly delivered nearby. A friendly neighbor might have it.
Contact the carrier: If after 24 hours it’s still nowhere to be found, reach out to the delivery carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx) with your tracking number. They can often provide more detail about where they left it.
