If your tracking link is being stubborn or hasn’t updated in a while, don’t panic. Sometimes it takes 1-2 business days for carriers to update tracking info after we ship your order. Other times, the carrier’s website might have a hiccup.
Next steps:
- Give it a little time: If you just got the tracking, wait at least 24 hours. Tracking details often appear once the package is scanned at the next hub.
- Check the tracking format: Make sure you clicked the correct link and that the tracking number was entered correctly on the carrier’s site.
- Contact us if needed: If it’s been over 3 business days with no tracking updates, shoot us an email. We can double-check that your package is moving and provide an update.
We know waiting is tough! Hang in there – most of the time, the package is on its way and tracking will catch up soon. We’re here to help if it doesn’t.
