My order is taking longer than expected to arrive.Updated 10 days ago

We know you’re excited to receive your REBEL find, and we want it to get to you as quickly as possible.

Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after purchase. Occasionally, orders can take a little longer due to carrier delays, high shipping volume, weather, oversized items, or tracking updates that are slow to refresh.

Sometimes a package is still moving normally even if the tracking page has not updated yet. Carriers do not always scan every package at each step, so tracking may pause for a few days before showing new movement.

What should I do next?

1. Check your tracking

Your tracking link is the best place to see the latest available delivery information. If the carrier has updated the estimated delivery date, it should appear there.

2. Allow the full 10 business day window

If your order is still within the 5 to 10 business day delivery window, it may still be moving as expected. Tracking can be delayed, especially during busy shipping periods or when larger items are being handled.

3. Contact us if business day 10 has passed

If your order has not been delivered by the end of business day 10, please email [email protected] with your order number.

Our team will review the tracking, investigate with the carrier if needed, and help make it right. Depending on the situation, that may mean helping locate the package, arranging a replacement when available, or reviewing the best resolution for your order.

We know delays are never ideal, but we’re here to help and will work with you until your order is resolved.
