No Return Protection needed: Issues like this are covered no matter what. Even if you didn’t buy Return Protection, we’ll handle a damaged-on-arrival situation at no cost to you.
Resolution options: We’ll typically offer to send a replacement right away (if available) or provide a full refund. If a part is missing or can be easily fixed, we might ship you just the missing piece – whatever gets you up and running fastest, with the least hassle.
Return or not: In many cases, we’ll send you a prepaid return label to send the item back to us. Sometimes, for small items or if it’s not usable at all, we might tell you no need to return it. We’ll let you know.
