It’s past the 7-day return window – can I still return my item?Updated 6 days ago
Our standard return window (with Return Protection) is 7 days from delivery, which we know is pretty short – it’s part of our effort to resell items quickly and keep things out of landfills. If you’ve missed that window, here’s what you need to know:
Official policy: Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed since you received the item (and you didn’t initiate a return in that time), we can’t process a return for a change of mind or preference. This helps us maintain our sustainability model.
But I have an issue: If the reason you want to return is because of a product problem (it broke early, or you just got around to opening it and found a defect), please reach out anyway. We don’t want you stuck with a faulty item, even if it’s just beyond the window.
Case-by-case consideration: We’re people too. If you’re only a few days outside the window and have a compelling situation, contact us. We can’t guarantee an exception, but we’ll listen and try to help – perhaps with store credit or an alternative solution.
Going forward: If you’re unsure about a product, we recommend opting for Return Protection at checkout for that flexibility. And always unbox and check your items soon after they arrive, just in case.
We do our best to balance being flexible with being fair to all customers. We hope you understand our need to stick to the policy. And remember, we’re always here to support you if something truly isn’t right with your purchase.
