I received the wrong item in my order.Updated 7 days ago

Yikes, that’s not supposed to happen – and we’re really sorry if you got something different from what you ordered. We’ll fix it for you ASAP.

 

Next steps:

  • Let us know: Email [email protected] right away with your order number and a description (or a photo) of the item you received vs. what you expected.

  • No need to worry: We’ll provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. You won’t be stuck with someone else’s order!

  • We’ll make it right: As soon as you contact us, we’ll arrange to send you the correct item you originally ordered (stock permitting). If for some reason we can’t (say the item is out of stock now), we’ll work out a solution with you – like a full refund or an alternative product if you prefer.

Mix-ups are rare, but we know it’s a hassle when it happens. Thank you for your patience – we’ll get the right item into your hands as fast as we can!
