I received a REBEL item as a gift. Can I return or exchange it?Updated 6 days ago

Got a gift from REBEL that isn’t quite you? We can help, within our return guidelines. Here’s how to handle gift returns:

  • Return Protection check: First, find out if the gift giver purchased Return Protection for the item. If they did and it’s within 7 days of delivery to them, the return can be processed (likely by the original purchaser, but we can guide you both).

  • If Return Protection wasn’t purchased: The item would normally be final sale. However, if there’s something wrong with it (damaged or not working), let us know and we’ll treat it like any defective item – we’ll fix it.

  • No receipt or order number? Contact us with as much info as possible (item name, who bought it, etc.). We’ll try to locate the order in our system. We might need to reach out to the purchaser for confirmation.

  • Refunds or credits: We typically issue refunds to the original payment method (which means it would go back to the gift giver). In some cases, we can offer you a gift card or exchange for something of equal value so you get to pick something you love.

  • Discrete help: We understand you might not want to alert the gift giver. We’ll handle the process considerately. Keep in mind, for a return, the purchaser may see the refund notification.

In short, gifts can be a bit tricky with our system, but we’ll do our best to help you out. Whether it’s an exchange or another solution, reach out and we’ll walk you through the options.
