I only received part of my order – where are the other items?Updated 22 days ago

If one item showed up but you’re still waiting on others, don’t worry – your order may have been split into multiple shipments. This is common when items ship from different partner warehouses or one item is ready before the others.

Here’s what to do:

• Check your emails: You should have a separate shipping confirmation (with its own tracking number) for each package. It’s possible one package is still in transit.

• Track all packages: Make sure to track each provided tracking number. One might show “delivered” while another is a few days behind.

• They’re on the way: In most cases, the rest of your items will arrive soon. We try to have them delivered around the same time, but sometimes one just gets there faster.

• Still concerned? If a significant amount of time has passed and you think something’s gone awry, reach out to us. Provide all related order numbers and tracking info. We’ll investigate and ensure every item finds its way to you.
