I haven’t received my refund yet – what should I do?Updated 6 days ago

If you’re waiting on a refund and it hasn’t appeared yet, we understand the concern. Refunds can take a little time to work their way through the banking system.

Here’s what to do:

  • Check the refund timeline: We usually say 5–10 business days from the time we process your refund. Weekends and holidays don’t count as business days. So, if it’s been less than that, give it a bit more time.

  • Look at your statement: Sometimes refunds show up with the date of the original purchase or as an adjustment. Scan your bank or credit card statement around the time of the purchase and the current date. It might be there, just not on the expected date.

  • Multiple payment methods: If you used a combination of payment methods (like a gift card and credit card), remember that each might be refunded separately. One might show up before the other.

  • Still no sign after 10 business days: Contact us and we’ll investigate. We can provide a refund transaction ID or receipt to your bank if needed. Occasionally, banks have hiccups and a nudge helps.

  • Contact your bank/issuer: In rare cases, the bank may hold a refund or there might be an issue on their end. A quick call to ask if a refund is pending can shed light.

We’re here to ensure you get your money back. If something seems off or it’s taking too long, let us know. We’ll stick with you until the refund is safely back in your account!
