I entered the wrong shipping address for my order – what now?Updated 6 days ago

We get it, mistakes happen! Unfortunately, our team moves really fast to process orders, so once an order is placed, we usually can’t change the shipping address (or anything else about the order). But all hope isn’t lost – here’s what you can do:

- Contact us immediately: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it in time. No promises, but we’ll try!

- Future orders: Double-check your shipping info at checkout. We also suggest creating a REBEL account – it makes managing your addresses easier for next time.

We know it’s stressful to have an address mix-up, but we’ll work with you to sort it out as best as we can!
