I didn’t buy Return Protection. Can I still return my item?Updated 6 days ago

If you didn’t purchase Return Protection, our default policy is that sales are final unless there’s a problem with the product. Because we’re all about reducing waste, we encourage customers to only buy items they’re sure about. But we’re not monsters – if something’s wrong, we’ll absolutely help.

 

Here’s how it works:

  • Change of mind (no Return Protection): Generally, we cannot accept returns if you simply changed your mind or no longer need the item. Without Return Protection, those flexible “any reason” returns aren’t built into the model.

  • Product issues or defects: If the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us right away. In these cases, we will take care of you – Return Protection or not. We might replace the item or issue a return/refund at our discretion, because your satisfaction matters.

  • Case-by-case: We do evaluate certain requests individually. If you have a special situation, let us know. While we can’t promise a return, we’ll always try to find a fair resolution (store credit or exchange options might be possible in rare cases).
