How will I receive my refund?Updated 6 days ago
When we issue a refund, we’ll send the money back to the original payment method you used for the purchase. Here’s what that typically means:
Credit/Debit Card: The refund will go back to the same card you used. You should see the credit on your card’s account in about 5–10 business days after we process it (timing depends on your bank).
Shop Pay Installments: If you used an installment plan, any paid installments will be refunded and any future installments will be canceled. (Shop Pay handles that on their end, and you’ll get an update from them.)
Gift Card: If you paid with a REBEL gift card, we’ll issue the refund back onto a gift card (we can reactivate the original or issue a new code with the credited amount). We can also issue store credit if applicable.
Mixed payment (gift card + card): We’ll refund the respective amounts to each method. For example, if you paid $20 with gift card and $80 on a Visa, you’ll get those amounts back to each.
We’ll email you a confirmation as soon as we process the refund on our side. Remember, once we do our part, the banks and payment processors handle the rest, so it might take a few days to officially show up in your account. If it’s been over 10 business days and you don’t see it, let us know – we’ll help figure it out.
