How do I get a return shipping label?Updated 23 days ago
If your return is approved, we’ve got you covered with a convenient return shipping label. You won’t have to stand in line at the post office wondering how to send it back. Here’s how it works:
Request a return: First, contact us (if you haven’t already) to initiate the return. For many situations (especially if you had Return Protection or the item is damaged/defective), we’ll green-light the return quickly.
Label via email: Once the return is authorized, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label (usually as a PDF attachment or a link). You can download and print it out at home.
Print and attach: Print the label and stick it onto the package. If you don’t have a printer, let us know – sometimes carriers can scan a code from your phone, or we can find an alternative solution.
Drop-off or pickup: The label will be for a specific carrier (e.g., UPS or USPS). You can drop the package at any of that carrier’s locations or drop boxes. If the item is large and the carrier offers pickup, you can arrange that directly with them using the tracking number we provide.
Keep the tracking number: The label will have a tracking number. It’s a good idea to note it down or keep the receipt when you drop off the package, so you can track the return.
That’s it! We try to make returns low-hassle. Using our label ensures the package is linked to your order in our system and often gets back to us faster. Once we see it’s on the way, we’ll be ready to process your refund or exchange as soon as it arrives.
