We know getting all the pieces and info is important. In most cases, yes – our products come with all their original accessories and the user manuals. Here’s what to expect:

• Open Box items: These are basically new, just unsealed. They should have every part, accessory, and manual that a brand new product would. We check them to ensure nothing’s missing.

• Overstock items: These are brand new and unused, so they definitely have everything included by the manufacturer.

• Imperfect box or used packaging: Sometimes the packaging might not be pristine, or we might re-box an item for safety. Even then, we include all the parts and accessories.

• If something is missing: It’s rare, but if we ever find an accessory or manual missing during our quality check, we’ll note it on the product page. And if you notice something missing when you receive it (that wasn’t noted), let us know right away – we’ll make it right!

Our goal is that you have the full product experience as if you bought it new. No one likes a missing charger or that one bolt needed to assemble something – we do our best to ensure that doesn’t happen to you!
