Do products come with a warranty?Updated a month ago

REBEL does not offer a separate in-house warranty on products, but many items still include the original manufacturer’s warranty, and we also offer an optional 2-Year Protection Plan on select products.

2-Year Protection Plan (Optional Add-On)

On eligible items, you can purchase a 2-Year Protection Plan during checkout. This plan covers accidental damage, such as drops or breaks that affect the function of your item.

What’s not covered:
The plan does not cover wear and tear, cosmetic damage, theft, lost parts, shipping damage (to and from repair providers), or issues caused by misuse or failure to use included protective accessories. It also does not replace lost or stolen items.

You’ll see the option to add this plan as a checkbox on the product page, just before you add the item to your cart.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold on REBEL are unused open-box items, which means they may still carry their original manufacturer warranty. However, coverage depends on the brand:

• Some brands begin the warranty at the time of the original purchase, which may have already passed if the item is a return.

• Other brands are more flexible and will honor the warranty for whoever currently owns the item, especially if it's never been used.

We recommend checking the user manual or the manufacturer’s website for details about their policy on open-box or second-sale products.

If your item arrives and something isn’t right, that’s covered by our return policy. We're here to help make it right from day one.
