We do not offer a separate REBEL warranty on our products, but many items will still carry their original manufacturer’s warranty (since they are essentially new). The exact warranty coverage can depend on the brand and product. For example, some brands start the warranty clock when the product is first sold (meaning an open-box return might technically have started its warranty period already), while other brands are more flexible and will honor the warranty for whoever currently owns the product, especially if it’s never been used. We’ll always send you a proof of purchase from REBEL, and you can use that to register your product with the manufacturer or make any warranty claims if needed. We encourage you to check the user manual or manufacturer’s website to see what their warranty policy is for open-box or second-sale products. And of course, we stand behind the product quality at the time of sale – if something isn’t right when you receive it, that’s covered by our return policy.
