Warranty & Protection Overview
REBEL does not offer a separate in house warranty on products. However, many items may still include a manufacturer’s warranty, and we also offer an optional 2 Year Protection Plan on select products for added coverage.
2 Year Protection Plan (Optional Add On)
The 2 Year Protection Plan is available on eligible items at checkout and is provided through a trusted third party provider. It is designed to give extra peace of mind, especially for frequently used or higher value items like strollers, wagons, and other baby gear.
What the Plan Covers
The plan focuses on functional issues that occur after delivery during normal use, including:
• Defects in materials or workmanship
• Mechanical issues such as wheels, zippers, clasps, or folding mechanisms
• Repair or replacement if the item becomes unusable due to a covered issue
What’s Not Covered
• Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage such as drops or breaks
• Misuse or failure to follow product instructions
• Lost or stolen items or missing parts
• Shipping damage related to repair or service
How It Works
You can add the Protection Plan directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
If a covered issue occurs, claims are handled directly through the third party provider. After purchase, you will receive instructions on how to file a claim and access support.
Manufacturer Warranties
Many products sold on REBEL are unused open box items, which means they may still carry a manufacturer’s warranty. However, coverage varies by brand:
• Some brands begin the warranty from the original purchase date, which may have already passed
• Others may honor the warranty for the current owner, especially if the item has not been used
We recommend checking the manufacturer’s website or product documentation for specific warranty details related to open box or second sale items.
