We always appreciate it when you return an item in its original packaging (it helps protect the item on the way back and speeds up processing). But life isn’t perfect – maybe you already tossed the box in excitement. Here’s how we handle it:

• Original packaging is ideal, but… If you have it, definitely use it. The manufacturer’s packaging is designed to keep the item safe.

• No original box? Not a deal-breaker. Use a sturdy box that fits the item with some padding (newspaper, bubble wrap, etc.) so it doesn’t get damaged in transit. Try to include any accessories or manuals that came with it.

• Label considerations: If you’re using the original box, place our return shipping label over the old shipping label (or remove the old one) to avoid confusion during shipping.

• Secure it well: Whether it’s the original box or not, tape it up securely. We wouldn’t want anything falling out on the way back.
