We currently can’t schedule deliveries for a precise date or time. Once your order ships, delivery timing is in the hands of the carrier (like UPS or FedEx). They operate on their own schedules and routes, which we unfortunately can’t control.
Here’s what you can do if timing is a concern:
Track your order: Keep an eye on the tracking info we send. It will give an estimated delivery date, and sometimes a delivery window on the day of.
Carrier options: Some carriers allow you to sign up for alerts or make minor adjustments through their apps/websites. For example, UPS My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager might let you request a hold or change delivery to a different day (fees may apply for those services).
Special instructions: While we can’t promise a timed delivery, you can leave a note for the driver (if available in the carrier’s system) like “If possible, deliver after 5 PM” – though it’s up to the driver’s route.
