We don’t have a traditional exchange program in place, but you can still get the item you want. Here’s how it works: if you decide you need a different product, you would return the item you have (as long as it’s eligible under our return policy) and then place a new order for the product you prefer. We’ll process your return and refund as quickly as possible, so you have those funds available, and you can go ahead and order the new item you’ve got your eye on. Because our inventory consists of unique open-box deals that change all the time, doing a return-and-repurchase is the fastest way to make sure you don’t miss out on the item you want.
