We try to make returns as hassle-free as possible. If you purchased Return Protection at checkout, the good news is that return shipping is on us – free! If you didn’t purchase Return Protection, returns for change of mind aren’t typically offered (since we operate a sustainability-focused model), but if a return is approved or the item is defective, we’ll guide you on the next steps.

Key points:

• Return Protection = Free returns: When you add Return Protection, you get a 7-day window after delivery to return for any reason, with no return shipping cost. We’ll provide a prepaid return label.

• Without Return Protection: We generally consider those sales final (to help reduce waste). However, if something’s wrong with the product (damaged, defective, wrong item), we will absolutely take care of it at no cost to you.

• If a return is approved otherwise: In special cases where we accept a return without Return Protection, we’ll let you know if there’s any shipping fee or restocking fee. We strive to be fair and will communicate any costs upfront.
