Where is REBEL based and does it have physical stores?Updated 5 days ago

REBEL is headquartered in Toronto, Canada, with operations extending into the United States (you might be interested to know we expanded our footprint into North Carolina for our warehousing and logistics). Despite having physical office and warehouse locations for our team and inventory, we don’t have any traditional retail stores that you can visit. Our model is entirely online – so think of fromrebel.com as our flagship store, open 24/7 to everyone.
By not having brick-and-mortar shops, we’re able to streamline costs and logistics, which helps us keep prices low and pass those savings to you. It also means we put all our energy into making your online shopping experience top-notch. Everything from browsing to ordering to customer service is handled through our website and via our support channels (like email or chat).
On occasion, we might host special events (for example, a warehouse sale or a pop-up booth at a baby show or home show), but these are special cases and we’ll advertise them when they happen. On a day-to-day basis, though, there isn’t a REBEL store on Main Street or in a mall – our “storefront” is your computer or phone screen.
If you’re curious about our facilities: our main fulfillment centers are strategically located to serve our customer base efficiently. In Canada, we started in Toronto, and in the US, we’ve expanded our operations to include a large warehouse in the Charlotte, NC region. Those hubs allow us to reach most of North America quickly. But again, these aren’t retail outlets; they’re working spaces where we receive, inspect (quality-check), and ship out products.
So while you can’t drive to a REBEL store for an in-person shopping trip, we bring the shopping experience to you wherever you are.
