Your card is charged immediately at checkout once your order is placed. As soon as you complete the purchase on our site, the payment is processed. Here’s a quick breakdown:

• Authorization & charge: When you click that confirm button, your bank authorizes the payment and the charge goes through right away (you might see a pending transaction initially, which then posts officially).

• Why immediate? We capture payment upfront so we can start processing your order right away. This also secures the item for you, since many of our items are limited stock – we wouldn’t want someone else snagging it.

• Shop Pay Installments: If you chose an installment plan, you’ll typically be charged the first installment immediately, and the subsequent payments will follow the schedule provided at checkout.

• Receipt: You should get an order confirmation email (which doubles as your receipt) almost immediately after. That’s your sign that the charge was successful.

There’s no delay or charging at shipment time – it’s all done at the point of sale. If you don’t see a charge and you think you should have, double-check that your order went through or reach out to us to confirm your order status.
