How do I update my account information (email, address, etc.)?Updated 5 days ago

It’s important to keep your account details current, and you can do this anytime through your account dashboard. Here’s how: Log in to your REBEL account, then click on your profile name or the account icon to go to your Account Settings. Once there, you should see sections for different types of information. For instance:

  • To change your email address or name, find the section that displays your personal info or login details. Edit the email field, enter the new email you’d like to use, and save the changes. (Tip: Changing your email means next time you’ll log in with the new email address.)

  • To update your password, look for a “Change Password” option. You’ll need to input your current password and then your new password, then confirm the change.

  • To edit or add a shipping or billing address, go to the Addresses section. There you can add a new address or edit an existing one. Click “Edit” next to the address you want to change, update the details (like if you moved or want to fix a typo), and then save. You can usually mark one address as your default for shipping to make checkout faster.

  • If you need to update your contact phone number, you can usually do that in the same profile or address section by editing the phone field associated with your contact info or address.

    After making any edits, always click the Save/Update button so the changes take effect. That’s it! Your account will now reflect the updated information.
