How can I view my past orders or check my order status?Updated 5 days ago

To see your past orders or find out the status of a current order, just log into your REBEL account and head over to the Order History (sometimes labeled as “My Orders” in the account menu). There you’ll see a list of all the orders you’ve placed with us. Each order entry will show a status – for example, it might say “Processing” if we’re still preparing it, “Shipped” if it’s on its way, or “Delivered” if it reached you. Click on an order to view the details: you’ll get the full breakdown of items, the order date, and if it’s shipped, you’ll find the tracking number or a “Track” button. Clicking the tracking will show you the delivery updates from the shipping carrier.
If you checked out as a guest and don’t have an account to log into, don’t worry. In that case, you can rely on the emails we sent. Your order confirmation email has your order number and summary, and once your order shipped, we sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link – you can click that link to see the status of the delivery.
