We want to make it easy for you to get the help you need. The best way to reach out to us is through email. You can send your questions or concerns to [email protected], and our customer support team will get back to you as quickly as possible. In your email, try to include any relevant details (like your order number if you’re asking about a specific order) so we can assist you more efficiently. We typically respond to customer care inquiries within 2–3 business days, and often much sooner. Our support team is known to be friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help solve any issue or answer any question about our products, orders, or policies.
Additionally, if you prefer, you can use the contact form on our website’s Help or Contact Us page. It asks for your name, email, and message – once you submit it, it goes straight to our support email queue as well. The response will come to you via email.
We don’t have a dedicated customer service phone line or physical store location for support, but we ensure our online support is robust. Many customers find email convenient because you can send your request anytime, and it gives us a clear record to follow up on. However, we understand sometimes an issue feels urgent – while we can’t always provide immediate real-time support, we do monitor our inbox and prioritize urgent matters (like a shipping problem) to resolve them as quickly as we can.
