Do you accept international credit cards or non-US currencies?Updated 6 days ago
REBEL’s US site processes payments in US Dollars (USD), and our Canadian site processes in CAD. We do accept international credit cards, but there are a few things to keep in mind:
Currency conversion: If you’re using a credit card issued outside of the country’s site you’re shopping on (say, a European card on our US site), your bank will automatically convert the charge to your home currency. You might see a slightly different amount due to exchange rates or minor foreign transaction fees (depending on your bank’s policies).
Billing address: Be sure to enter the billing address exactly as it’s registered with your card, even if it’s an international address. Our payment gateway can handle international billing addresses, but accuracy is key to approval.
Shipping limitations: Remember, our US site currently ships only within the contiguous US (and our Canada site within Canada). Using an international card is fine as long as you have a valid shipping address in our service area.
Bank security checks: Sometimes an international transaction triggers your bank’s fraud checks. If your card is declined, you might want to let your bank know it’s an authorized purchase and try again.
So yes, feel free to use that non-US card. Just be aware of any currency conversion by your bank. As for currency on our site – we keep it simple by charging in the local currency of the site (USD or CAD). We hope to expand our reach in the future, but for now, happy shopping from abroad (and sending to a US/Canada address)!
