Are there any exclusions or restrictions on promo codes?Updated 5 days ago
Generally, our promo codes work on a large selection of products, but yes, there are a few exceptions to keep in mind. Certain brands or items might be excluded from promotions – for instance, you might find that a promo code won’t apply to specific brands like Costway, Littlebot, Kiddie Couch, Baby Joy, or Green Walnut, as those are sometimes excluded from discount codes. If you happen to enter a code on an item that’s excluded, our system will let you know by displaying a notice that the code isn’t applicable for that product. It saves you from any confusion by making it clear which item is non-discountable. Aside from brand exclusions, standard rules usually apply: you can only use one promo code per order (no stacking multiple codes), and promo codes don’t apply to the purchase of gift cards. Also, promotions have expiration dates – once a code has expired, it won’t work anymore. We always include the fine details either in the email or announcement of the promo, so you can check there for any specific exclusions. If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to ask us, but in short, most stuff is fair game for discounts, with just a handful of brands/items as exceptions.
